What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator?
Working as part of a small team you will be carrying out a busy and varied role. Duties will include:
Working in a busy sales office, handling sales and account enquiries
Liaising with a wide range of wholesales customers from small companies to large well known organisations
Inputting orders received via phone and email
Dealing with pricing, stock and delivery queries
Co-ordinating with supplier and other internal departments
Handling quality issues and dealing with returns
Liaising with carriers regarding deliveries
The role will involve making some outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers - NO COLD CALLING

Experience in a similar sales administrator or other office based customer service / admin role
General IT skills with experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good phone manner and the ability to build relationships
Confident and friendly
