HR Manager / Group HR Advisor required for our client, they are an award winning and fast-growing business consisting of several leading renewable energy companies. They employ over 100 members of staff and turnover over £30m per year. They have offices located across The Midlands and Southern England and will require the Head of HR / HR Manager to work from the office based close to the Crawley area.
HR Manager / Group HR Advisor Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR activities across the group
- Maintain and improve group employment contract, policies and company handbook to reflect employment law and company changes
- Organise and maintain employee documentation and records throughout employment
- 2 direct reports including an administrator and junior HR advisor
- Manage long service awards, bonuses and gifts for special occasions
- Manage and oversee the recruitment and onboarding process across all group companies
- Create and implement headcount plan, predicting headcount growth and identifying new development opportunities for rising talent
- Manage employee training requirements, booking courses, manage training budget and liaise with management about required staff training

HR Manager / Group HR Advisor Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Part qualified CIPD or HR degree
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation
- Experience working within an engineering, renewable energy or manufacturing / distribution company (Advantageous)
HR Manager / Group HR Advisor Remuneration
- Salary £42,000 - £52,000
