Our client is seeking OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR (EVENTS & MARKETING) to join their team on a temporary on-going basis. It could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. You will be conscientious, driven, hardworking and ambitious. Working within a small team you will be responsible for the operations, events and marketing administration. This is a diverse role which will mainly be office based however must be prepared to cover events at weekends and evenings as and when required. You must be organised and efficient.
Typical duties but not limited to:
* Act as first point of contact for queries regarding operations, events and marketing, providing accurate responses and first-class customer service.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
* Chase contractors and other personal as and when required
* Manage marketing materials inventory and order supplies as and when needed
* Maintain and update customer databases
* Monitor social media platforms and assist with content creation
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other operations / marketing-related documents
* Prepare health & safety documentation (risk assessments etc.)
* Attend events, get involved and capture content for both social media and website
* Ability to enhance & edit images when required (WordPress)
Within your CV, you must show evidence of the following skills:
* Experience of working in a fast-paced events administration environment, including use of online platforms.
* Excellent written communication and customer service skills, including experience of overseeing front-of-house at conferences/events.
* Attentive to detail and personable.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency with the use of WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Must hold:
* Passport or Birth certificate with National Insurance Number proof
* UK Driving licence and own transport (To attend events as and when required)
