Social Worker – Referral and Assessment
Salary ranging from £30,000 – £40,000 plus a £3,000 market supplement
Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Referral and Assessment. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.
Rutland is a small local authority that offer a very supportive management structure, small manageable caseloads and a great work life balance to go alongside their GOOD Ofsted rating.
Duties of a Referral and Assessment social worker
1. To participate in three weekly duty and contact and referral duty system
2. Provide specialist duty cover when required
3. Hold short term CiN plans and CP cases
4. Attend team meetings are and participate in team development
5. Work closely with other professionals such as the police and healthcare

12. Current SWE registration and valid right to work in the UK
13. Have completed your ASYE
