Agile working:
This role allows for a degree of agile working. You will be required to visit apprentices in their workplace and assist with their development while attending college. Administrative duties can be carried out by working from home.
Job Duties:
12. Organising and providing training and support for students.
13. Conducting assessments.
14. Conducting reviews and completing records.
15. End Point Assessment preparation and training.
16. Administrative responsibilities.
17. Health and Safety responsibilities.
18. Maintaining and updating your knowledge and skills (CPD).
19. Regularly communicating with employers to build and maintain good relationships.
20. Business development.
21. Undertaking such other duties as may be required commensurate with the grade.
Required Qualifications:
22. An IQA qualification
23. Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Building Services/Heating and Ventilation, or a related field
Experience:
24. Proven experience working in the Building Services/Heating and Ventilation industry
25. Experience in delivering training and assessing learners
Knowledge and Skills:
26. Up-to-date knowledge of industry practices and regulations
27. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
28. Ability to motivate and inspire learners
29. Strong organisational and time management skills
30. Knowledge of current Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessment requirements is desirable, but training in this area will be given to suitable candidates.
31. Good planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
32. Confident using a range of IT systems.
33. Ability to work flexibly, in possession of a current driving licence, and be willing to use own car, insured for business use (mileage will be reimbursed), or alternative means to travel extensively.
34. A team player who maintains a professional approach all the time.
