Major Healthcare is seeking an experienced Dispensing Practice Manager to join their team in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of highly experienced eyecare professionals and prioritize excellent customer care.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus professional fees and statutory pension. In addition, the role offers 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (28 days in total) and flexible working arrangements.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to manage our dispensing practice, ensuring that patients receive exceptional eye care and luxury eyewear solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for optometry, and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of experienced eyecare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes
* Develop and implement effective marketing and practice development strategies
* Maintain high-quality standards in patient care, products, and services
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of eye care services
Requirements
* GOC Registered
* Eligibility to work in the UK
