Position: Territory Account Manager
Area: South Wales: Cardiff & Swansea
Role Overview:
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for gaining new distribution for our partners' vape products by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within retail stores.
* Research and identify prospective customers through varied lead generation tactics.
* Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products.
* Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches.
* Ensure high levels of customer service.
* Manage your time and territory plan effectively to maximize productivity.
* Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date.
About You:
Essentials:
* A full driving license.
* Experience in B2B or B2C sales positions.
* Keen to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
* Great team player with an outgoing personality.
* Effective time management to ensure high levels of productivity.
* Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
What We Offer:
* Base Salary up to: £32,500.
* Commission: OTE is another £10,000 on top, uncapped, with expected overachievement.
