Onemedia is a specialist distributor and full-service provider of AV and workplace solutions. Located in new offices in Bracknell, we are looking for an experienced internal sales account manager to join our team.
Summary: Focusing on building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities within those accounts, and driving revenue growth. Primarily office-based (hybrid working), utilising phone, email, and online tools to interact with clients.

Location: Hybrid Role – dependent on experience
Reports To: Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
•Manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
•Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within accounts.
•Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges.
•Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth and development.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
•Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
•Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
•Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
•Prepare and present quotations & follow up effectively.
•Negotiate pricing and contracts.
Customer Service:
•Provide excellent customer service and support.
•Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
•Maintain accurate customer records.
•Build customer loyalty and advocacy.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
•Proven experience in inside sales or account management roles.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
•Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
•Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage)
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
Desirable:
•Previous knowledge of audio-visual products or solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
•Salary dependent on experience from 28K – 34K
•Commission – OTE 5K
