About The Role
We have a new vacancy for Group Business Administrator, the post will provide support, predominantly to our Senior Leadership Team.
This will be achieved by implementing and improving administrative processes, reporting and diary management. It will also act as a shared service resource where required across the untypical group.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Personal Assistant support predominantly to a member of the Leadership team
* Diary Management, Travel bookings and expense submissions
* Administration support for all Group functions
* Collection and preparation of analytical data for Group reports or initiatives
* Gather and collate information for Shareholder reporting
* Manage aspects of Committee meetings
* Document management, record keeping and e-filing
* Provide ad hoc assistance across the Group
About You
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English grade C or above
* Proficient IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office packages and Outlook
* Experience of working in an administrative support role
* Strong organisation skills and close attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
