Engage in professional development and contribute positively to the wider school community. Essential Qualifications: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in a school environment, preferably at the primary or secondary level. Strong knowledge of the curriculum and effective teaching methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Capacity to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle due to the school's location. Desirable Qualifications: Experience supporting students with special educational needs. First Aid certification.
