We are looking for an Inventory Controller to help support our warehouse operations at our Eaton MEDC site in Sutton-in-Ashfield. What You’ll Do An opportunity is available for an inventory controller to work within our Warehouse Team. Hours Of Work 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break, and 7:30 am to 2:00 pm on Friday. Your Main Responsibilities Ensure daily IM count sheet is ran daily and actioned Daily cycle counting of both 3001 and 4001 storage locations Running of daily inventory reports (e.g COOIS no issue, stock adjustments, parts with no storage location) Root cause investigations on stock losses Review inventory process improvements (identifying top 5 issues) Support finance in quartelry taks (e.g Walk the Doc) Coordinate quartelry E&O Disposal Key team member in annual stock take Meet and drive the Eaton competencies for the role, Zero Incident Workplace Culture, Manufacturing Process Design, Manufacturing Value Stream Success Factors and Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Strategy Development and Execution, EBS Tool Integration, Business Systems and Practices, Program Management. Drives continuous operational flow to ensure strong levels of improvement in efficiency, along with recognising and eliminating waste within the process Timely and accurate processing of information and data Develop pareto analysis of stock inaccuracries and opportunities for improvement In-depth understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action for stock innacuracies Support relationships and work collaboratively with key stake holders and functional values stream (Supply chain, Planning, Quality, Production and Engineering) Other adhoc tasks as instructed by Group Lead Skills Demonstrated success in root cause investigation and corrective action Confidence in challenging production and warehouse areas Experience in process and product knowledge Able to interrogate SAP transactions Good communicator, able to work well with others, able to plan, organise and prioritise, Proven track record in ability to problem solve and share learning with others We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
