Financial Services organisation needs an experienced internal change communications expert to join their team to lead on overarching change communications strategy and narrative across multiple projects.
As part of their transition programme, they need to develop strategy and tactical plan across overarching change as well as individual projects across IT, people, new ways of working, process and culture.
Specifically need:
1. Previous track record in change communications role ideally in a financial services or corporate setting.
2. Leadership comms experience – able to advise senior executives and project directors.
3. Strong employee engagement and able to help people with change and develop employee experience plan.
4. Ability to advise and coach as well as tactically roll up sleeves and deliver.
Work with wider comms team to ensure messages and activities are aligned.
Hybrid working is 1 day a week in Coventry office.
This is a 12 month contract role and need to be available in one month or less, ideally from a financial services or corporate background where you have led IT and people change comms.
