We have a vacancy for an Associate Assistant Headteacher to join our extended leadership team at Aureus School. Your opportunity To be the strategic lead for the communications Department (English, Literacy and MFL), working with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in formulating the aims and objectives of the school, establishing the policies through which they shall be achieved, managing staff and resources, in order to achieve them and monitoring progress towards them. As an experienced educator, you will work collaboratively as part of the Extended Leadership Team in supporting the school to achieve its operational and strategic aims to drive it forward on its rapid improvement journey, ensuring our students have access to high-quality teaching and learning opportunities.
