Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Leadership Team to implement innovative care models.
* Lead the dementia care strategy and manage daily home operations.
* Oversee staff recruitment, development, and retention.
* Maintain financial oversight, ensuring efficient operations.
* Prioritise health and safety for residents, staff, and visitors.
* Handle complaints with professionalism and support staff development.
* Ensure personalised, high-quality care for all residents.
* Lead the medication management process and maintain clear communication.
* Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
* Uphold professional standards and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Level 4 or 5 qualification in Management (e.g., NVQ) is advantageous.
* Leadership qualifications in health and social care (e.g., ILM, NVQ Level 5).
* Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN preferred.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a care setting.
* Experience in dementia care or elderly care is essential.
* GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent) required.
* Enhanced DBS check required.
