An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Senior Corporate Administrator to work within NHS Golden Jubilee Corporate Governance Department.
The post holder is responsible for providing a high level of Personal Assistant/Programme Management and wider administrative support to the Chief Executive and Director of Finance in all aspects of their work, understanding their workload and its complexities and thus enabling them to focus on their key priorities.
It is essential that the post holder has senior high-level minute taking experience and a proven track record in this area.
The post holder will work closely with both by taking delegated responsibility for the day to day organisation and effective management of these areas.
The post holder will provide management of projects, systems and work streams on behalf of the Chief Executive and Director of Finance to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the organisation’s requirements. The post holder will provide diary management amongst many other administrative tasks.
This role requires the ability to be flexible, have good organisational and communication skills.
A proven track record of working at Director/Board level in a busy organisation where competing priorities are a daily challenge is essential.
Applications are welcome from those who have a recognised qualification or significant relevant experience, especially in relation to project management. It is essential that the post holder can demonstrate a high degree of organisational ability, excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to undertake report writing.
The hours of this post will be worked across core office hours Monday to Friday and has the opportunity of hybrid working (2 days on site, 3 days working from home).
