This programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your career, with ongoing post-qualification support.
Qualifying Criteria for a Trainee Surveyor:
* 1 year of relevant experience and a relevant RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree
* 2 years of relevant experience and a relevant RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
* 4 years of relevant experience (no qualifications required), including estate agency, domestic energy assessor, property management
We are also interested in applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.
Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Surveyor:
* Accompanying mentors in conducting property inspections, surveys, and valuations
* Attending formal classroom sessions
* Learning to interpret survey data, analyze property information, and compile accurate reports
* Developing proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
