You will have had previous experience in motor trade admin, estate admin or some conveyancing...which would sit well with this line of administration.
You will need to have a high level of accuracy as well as strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Update and maintain the internal computer database and records whilst discretion at all times when handling confidential information.
Use and experience of key well known databases such as Kerridge or Hub Spot would be an advantage but not essential.
