What you'll do:
Deliver New Products to customers
Lead the product delivery.
Become a Domain Expert and facilitate continued engagement between customers/stakeholders and the development teams, taking the role of product owner and ensuring we deliver the right products to the right customers.
Lead customer interactions and relationships.
Capture learning and drive change
Ensure that we learn thoroughly from all that we do, using this learning to drive change
Set up support mechanisms that do this, delighting customers
Put in place process to ensure efficient and successful delivery -work to develop a culture in which distributed teams thrive and deliver.
Work to define and drive the right growth strategy and structure Help drive strategy - work with the CEO, CTO and Customers to define the product roadmap, release plan, and technical strategy.
Guide and develop the team - Lead, develop and help grow the team, ensure that we are a place where great, diverse people can thrive.
We'd love you to have the following
Experience leading a high performing team of multidisciplined engineers – software and hardware.
Experience fostering and maintaining a positive culture between multidisciplinary teams and other business units.
Prior experience as a Technical Product Manager/ program / Project Manager.
Experience of people management and/or mentoring, ideally with remote teams.
Experience in delivering complex technical products to customers, that cover both software and hardware tech, and providing support to them

We are based in Blyth, Northumberland, just outside Newcastle Upon Tyne. This role will need to spend the majority of time on site at our headquarters.
