Job Description:
Bosch Home Comfort is embarking on an exciting digital change project, implementing cutting edge technologies to keep us at the forefront of our market. We are looking for highly motivated and professional IT advanced apprentices to help provide support globally to our customers across the vast CRM landscape.
You will need a good IT background, ideally with a relevant degree. It’s essential that you enjoy problem solving and working with multi-skilled teams. Providing the highest levels of support to our internal customers is a fundamental part of the job, including delivering solutions in line with our service level agreements, maintaining continuous communication, and sharing best practices.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing 2nd Level IT Support to Key Users of the OneCRM landscape globally
* Supporting the core Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and connected platforms
* Resolving tickets within specified service level agreements
* Creating and maintaining documentation for known solutions
* Training key users on system usage
* Developing solutions to enhance business processes using RPA, automation platforms, and Microsoft Power Platform
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
* Degree qualified
* Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts
* Strong IT skills
* Well organized, able to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
* Customer focused, reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated
* Inquisitive, enjoys problem solving
* Passionate about IT and technology
* Quick learner with a methodical and flexible approach to meet customer requirements
* Effective team worker and capable of working independently

Working hours: 39 hours/week; Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–16:00, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
