Teaching Personnel is looking for a compassionate Learning Mentor to support students in overcoming barriers to learning in a Stockport secondary school. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is dedicated to student success and wellbeing. Responsibilities: Provide emotional and academic support to students. Work closely with teachers to identify students in need of additional support. Develop strategies to improve student engagement and resilience. Support students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Deliver one-to-one and small group mentoring sessions. Act as a role model to encourage positive behavior and attitudes.
