Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately.
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
4. Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
5. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
6. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.
7. Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Skills
1. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions.
2. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professionalism.
4. Proficient in using medical equipment and technology relevant to nursing practice.
5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Critical thinking skills for problem-solving and making informed decisions regarding patient care.
Qualifications
1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Strong patient care skills and compassion
3. In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
4. Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
7. Experience in patient assessment and care planning
