The Role We are looking for a Product Project Manager to drive the development and delivery of regionally led opportunity projects and key portfolio maintenance projects across our Home and Personal Care categories. This role is perfect for someone with strong marketing project management experience, who thrives in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries and has a background in fashion, sportswear, apparel, food, or similar sectors. You will work closely with our global teams across different time zones, so flexibility in working hours is essential. What You’ll Do New Product Development (NPD): Lead and manage projects through the Spectrum Brands NPD Stage Gate process, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met. Project Execution: Work cross-functionally with NPD, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to bring new products to market. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional teams, senior stakeholders, and commercial departments to ensure seamless execution of projects. Market Insight: Gather and leverage regional market insights to drive product development and global project alignment. Brand Support: Provide sales and marketing teams with effective selling tools, insights, and launch materials. Compliance & Packaging: Work with compliance and project management teams to ensure all regional product and packaging requirements are met. About you To be considered for this role, you will have: 3-5 years' experience in a Product Management or Marketing Project Management role within an FMCG environment Proven track record of delivering projects, managing senior stakeholders, and making things happen in a fast-paced setting Strong ability to coordinate people, collaborate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities Experience working across global teams (especially in the US and China) and managing projects across multiple time zones Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence at all levels Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) A Marketing or Business degree (or equivalent qualification) Join us and be part of a global, fast-paced environment where you'll work with iconic, award-winning brands like Remington and Russell Hobbs.
