We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive our most customer-critical software implementation projects. This role involves overseeing large-scale cloud migrations, software upgrades, and strategic technology initiatives, all aimed at shaping the future of financial services technology.
What will the role involve?
* Leading and delivering large, complex cloud migrations, software upgrades, and enterprise-wide implementations.
* Managing key stakeholder relationships internally and externally, ensuring projects align with business objectives.
* Overseeing project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and governance with a strategic mindset.
* Driving project performance by proactively identifying risks, resolving challenges, and ensuring smooth execution.
* Providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
We want to hear from you if you bring expertise in enterprise-level software implementation delivery and possess most of the following:
* 7+ years of Project Management experience in customer-focused software delivery.
* A strong background in enterprise software implementations, upgrades, and on-premises to cloud migrations.
* Demonstrated success in delivering high-value, complex projects within structured governance frameworks.
* Extensive experience in budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement at a senior level.
* Ability to tackle escalations and critical project challenges, driving initiatives back on track.
* A confident leader with exceptional communication skills and face-to-face client interaction experience.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with expertise in managing change within a large ecosystem.
