Here at Golden Charter, we’re on an exciting growth and transformation journey and want you to be part of it!
It’s an exciting time to join us. Over the next 12 months and beyond, we have an ambitious growth strategy. We’re modernising our systems and processes and reviewing how we position ourselves in the market. We have recently introduced a new Experience Design function to help us understand and shape our customer journeys.
What’s in it for you?
We have recently relocated to a new office in Glasgow City Centre. We understand the importance of work life balance and believe that flexibility is key. We want to support our colleagues to do their best work, have a good work life balance and work flexibly whilst staying connected and getting the job done. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service to our customers and achieving our business objectives - regardless of location.
Along with flexibility, we offer lots of perks and benefits including a health cash plan, flexible benefits allowance, on-site masseuse, Employee Assistance Programme and mental health first aid, enhanced family friendly leave, 6% employer pension and retail discounts.
What you'll be doing:
As part of the new Experience Design function, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our digital products make us easy to do business with for our funeral directors and customers. You’ll champion the customer perspective, ensuring that the servicing aspects of our new platforms meet the needs and expectations of our customers and funeral director network.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
1. Defining and managing the product backlog for all servicing channels, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritising features
3. Ensuring our websites and portals are user friendly, accessible and produce relevant data to inform future optimisation
4. Monitoring website performance and identifying areas for improvement
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a passionate product manager with experience in managing and prioritising the product backlog. The individual will have the ability to write clear and actionable user stories and experience in conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to refine products.
If you’re excited about contributing to our growth and becoming part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you! Apply now or reach out to jobs@goldencharter.co.uk to discuss further.
