KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Gather and analyse business process requirements.
* Conduct SAP Fit/Gap workshops and knowledge sharing sessions with the key user community.
* Map business requirements to the current SAP Template or available SAP functions where applicable.
* Offer new technical solutions to fulfil and implement business requirements with standard methods.
* Active SAP S4 Hana incident management resolution and support.
* Identify opportunities to improve the current implementation.
* Provide functional descriptions and business process support to the development team.
* Test solutions, perform unit, functional and integration tests.
* Support local change management in the Finance area.
* Collaborate with other expert teams.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
* Must have a minimum of 7 years SAP experience, with a specific focus on Treasury including several end-to-end full SAP lifecycles.
* Good knowledge and experience in the areas of SAP TRM (Treasury Risk Management), MBC (Multi-Bank Connectivity), BCM (Bank Comm module), One Exposure (Cashflow) and TPI (FXAll Trading platform) modules.
* Experience of FX SPOT & FWDs, and Loans, as well as knowledge of necessary product modifications, additions as per business needs.
* Refinitiv/Reuters rate interfaces.
* Month end processes, payment processes and reconciliations.
* Exposure to and understanding of SAP HANA technologies.
* Ability to demonstrate and explain processes and technical subjects to non-technical users.
* Business Process analysis experience – must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of business processes in finance and controlling as the role requires interaction with the business on a daily basis and with several key stakeholders across the business.
* Integration experience with other SAP modules required.
* Able to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team.
* Good interpersonal communication with the ability to develop effective working relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
* Possess a high level of competence with IT systems, including Word and Excel.
* Demonstrate the ability to prioritize workloads, adapt to changing demands and maintain efficiency.
* Exhibit a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm in tasks and projects.
* Take accountability for timely completion and quality of work.
* Incident management, Service Now or other ITIL systems.
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the business on both a technical and business level.
* Act as a subject matter expert/mentor to the Treasury team members.
