Work includes: • Complex disciplinary, grievance and dismissal issues • Employment litigation and tribunal advocacy • TUPE, redundancy and business restructuring • Senior exits and settlement negotiations • Drafting contracts, policies and handbooks • Support on corporate and commercial transactions You'll also be expected to contribute to client development, networking and strategic input within the team.
