Account Manager - 12 Months FTC
Our client is a well-established brand currently growing rapidly in the UK, Europe, and the US.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with excellent admin skills, a whizz with Excel, and great communication skills to be a Sales Account Manager to develop and extend an existing off-price business.
Responsibilities
1. Manage all customer accounts effectively, maintaining sales for existing accounts and seeking new opportunities to achieve/exceed targeted budgeted sales/margins.
2. Forecast and generate yearly budgets with regular updates and ensure sales and target margins are met.
3. Monitor customer sales performance and sales patterns to service their requirements effectively.
4. Work closely with the product and merchandise team to ensure orders are collated, placed, and delivered as required.
5. Negotiate with customers on prices, payment terms, and delivery to ensure that sales and margin are achieved.
6. Establish and maintain working partnerships with the existing and future supplier base.
Ideal Candidate
1. Previous experience preferably within fashion as either an Account Manager, Buyer, or Merchandiser.
2. Exposure to sales/customer/working relationships.
3. In-depth understanding of the Budgeting process.
4. Educated to degree level or professional equivalent.
