Key Responsibilities Assist with Quote Preparation: Support the creation of quotes by gathering necessary information from clients and internal departments. Review Client Requirements: Help review customer specifications, product details, or project information to ensure accuracy in pricing. Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter and update customer and pricing information in internal systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate with Senior Staff: Collaborate with senior quoting associates and the sales team to ensure quotes are aligned with company policies and customer needs. Respond to Inquiries: Assist in responding to basic client questions about quotes, pricing, and product availability. Follow-Up on Pending Quotes: Track and follow up on open quotes with clients and internal teams to ensure timely responses. Training and Development: Participate in training to develop your understanding of the company’s products, pricing models, and quoting processes.
