You must have an interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, good written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to follow detailed instructions as there is a requirement to concentrate and work accurately. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
Experience of repetitive work, manual dexterity, and using mechanical/electrical equipment is essential. Please be aware that this post involves no patient contact. You must possess good communication skills, be committed, and work well within a team. You must be flexible in approach to duties, prepared to work reasonable extended hours if needed, and capable of physical effort in order to move heavy boxes and equipment.
