Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced wound care solutions across designated territories.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business plans to drive sales performance and account growth.
* Achieve annual sales targets for the Urgo Focus Brand Portfolio.
* Prioritize customer relationships and provide clinical and product knowledge through effective communication.
* Analyze sales data to inform strategic planning and territory management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrable sales experience or working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
* Qualification to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* Proficient in using IT systems and tools.
Working Environment
The ideal candidate will be based in Lothian, Grampian and Tayside area and will have access to a comprehensive training program and ongoing support from the Urgo Medical UK & Ireland team.
Compensation Package
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience.
