Responsibilities Managing customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery updates, and sample orders via phone and email. Processing quotations, sales orders, schedules, and sample requests efficiently. Verifying details such as addresses, pricing, discounts, product availability, and transport options. Handling credit requests and preparing credit notes where necessary. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system. Liaising with transport teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery scheduling. Supporting sales efforts by promoting stock and encouraging increased sales in collaboration with external teams. Performing order book management and schedule clearance tasks. Skills and Experience Required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and use initiative. Evidence of effective teamwork and collaboration. An excellent telephone manner and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and email systems. A full UK driving licence.
