About the team
Our national employer services team support our clients to better run their payroll functions and to ensure they are compliant with UK payroll and pension legislation. Our successful team of more than 60 payroll professionals are well-established as a known payroll bureau, and we are now planning to add HR services into our offering to continue being able to meet all of our client's needs.
About the role
* This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a brand new team! You will support the activities of the HR client team and will be responsible for ensuring all the HR administration is conducted accurately and efficiently.
* Overseeing the client document portal, dealing with client queries and providing support and monitoring the HR client inbox, escalating queries, ensuring holding emails are sent.
* Create employment documentation, such as letter templates, employee handbooks, and contracts of employment.
* Complete self-review of all work and identify areas for improvement and correction.
* You'll actively participate in both team and client meetings.
* Develop and keep up to date with new employment legislation and compliance.
* Buddy with new team members to provide on-the-job training.
What are we looking for?
* HR experience in a similar role, in-house or client-facing.
* Level 5 CIPD qualification would be beneficial.
* Good communication skills and comfortable liaising with clients and the wider team.
* Strong organization skills able to prioritize workload.
* Strong attention to detail and a good level of accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
