Your Role
At the heart of any successful business is the admin and reception team, playing a vital role in welcoming visitors and supporting the business unit. In this position, you will lead the administrative efforts, serving as a central figure in the smooth operation of the business unit
Your Responsibilities
* Within this role you will be responsible for providing dedicated administration support to the business unit along with being the first point of contact.
* Key activities will focus around the booking of car hire requests together with hotel bookings.
* Managing the meeting room bookings alongside raising any agencies timesheets reports, raising purchaseorders and ordering stationery.
* On a monthly basis you will be updating the organisational charts.
* Manage the attendance management system, running reports and checking data.
* Ownership for the onsite printers, ordering toners, service requests and monthly meter reading.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
* Attention to detail coupled with the ability to take ownership and responsibility
* Analytical & problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
