About the role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager who can contribute to our continued growth and success to join our dynamic team in our Water Management division based in Shefford, Bedfordshire. As a Product Manager in our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the development and lifecycle of our Storm Water Control (SWC) product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the successful identification, launch and ongoing management of our drainage solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of water management solutions and strong project management skills. You will be the person to evolve and subsequently manage the SWC product range to be suitable for a wide variety of end users for sale in the UK. About you To be successful in this role you ideally have (but not essential): Proven skills in managing complex product development projects, from planning through to execution and evaluation, and significant experience in product management, with a focus on developing existing product lines in relevant sectors (e.g., water management, civil engineering) Experience and an understanding of storm water control systems, regulatory frameworks, and environmental standards Expertise in gathering market intelligence and translating customer needs into commercial product solutions. Experience of working in a cross-functional capacity to deliver product improvements and align initiatives across departments.
