NO AGENCIES PLEASE Main duties of the job The successful candidate will provide assistance to secretarial and consultant teams by carrying out a wide variety of clerical tasks within the busy neurosurgical department. Tasks include, but are not limited to; processing referrals, opening and coordinating post, monitoring patient results to ensure they reach the appropriate person in a timely manner, clinic preparation, telephone calls to patients and other NHS organisations, scanning of patient documents, collecting and delivering documents across the hospital including wards and outpatient areas, amongst other general clerical tasks and anything else which might be required.
