We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator, To effectively coordinate the smooth running of the Belfast Office and assist in the functioning of the other BHSF OH Office locations were required. The post holder will be responsible for adherence to internal processes and ensuring compliance to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Flag any issues in the running of the Belfast office to the appropriate remote management teams To cover reception on a rota basis as required and to prepare clinic paperwork Assist in the administration of the Liverpool, Newcastle, London and Birmingham OH office locations when required. Support the Senior Clinician, OHA/OHT in the ordering of equipment for clinicians · Source and deliver of subject access requests from customers to the Company Secretary department Ensure any transfer of medical notes are completed in line with consent - both from BHSF OH to a new provider, and when BHSF OH are the new provider Arrange the calibration of all medical equipment for NI and ROI with the Senior Clinician and the Clinical Strategy Group, within strict deadlines. Liaising with the calibration company and advising the clinicians of such dates. Liaising with clinical planning re calibration dates.
