The Governors are seeking to appoint the following experienced Teacher positions on a permanent basis to start September 2025:
Post 1: Upper Pay Scale Teacher with responsibility for leading a core subject
We are looking for candidates who:
* Can motivate and inspire children with high expectations for their success.
* Can demonstrate outstanding classroom practice or has the potential to do so.
* Are an excellent and creative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a fluid and flexible approach.
* Have experience leading a core subject making substantial and sustained contributions to school life.
* Be effective in the development of colleagues through coaching and mentoring, demonstrating highly effective practice.
* Have a passion to make a difference for children.
* Have initiative, energy and a good sense of humour.
Post 2: An experienced Main Scale Teacher based in Upper Key Stage 2 in the first instance (This position is not suitable for ECTs)
We are looking for candidates who:
* Can motivate and inspire children with high expectations for their success.
* Can demonstrate outstanding classroom practice or has the potential to do so.
* Are an excellent and creative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a fluid and flexible approach.
* Have experience teaching the Year 6 curriculum.
* Have a passion to make a difference for children.
* Have initiative, energy and a good sense of humour.
Post 3: An experienced Main Scale Teacher
We are looking for candidates who:
* Can motivate and inspire children with high expectations for their success.
* Can demonstrate outstanding classroom practice or has the potential to do so.
* Are an excellent and creative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a fluid and flexible approach.
* Have a passion to make a difference for children.
* Have initiative, energy and a good sense of humour.
