* Courier Arrangement, Send Samples to Customers – DHL & FedEx. Sort Incoming and Outgoing Mails, Delivery Man, and Vendors.
* Up-keeping Storeroom and Front Office and Office Equipment Servicing Arrangement.
* Attending to Phone Calls and Company's Visitors (incl. Serve Drinks to Them), Restaurant Reservation / Order Lunch for Visitors.
* Update Company Door Access Card LOG-IN Records with VENDOR IN-CHARGE.
* Preparing Letters and Memos As Assigned.
* Order Office General Items (Eg stationery & Pantry Supplies).
* Assist in Company Events Together with Teammate (Company BBQ, Annual Dinner, Welcome & Farewell Party).
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, officially.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Reporting Location: Science Park OFFICE For Maternity Cover (Approx. 3-4 Months)
Monthly Pay: 2100 SGD Before CPF
