About the Role
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong connections with our clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported. This role is crucial in driving our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with clients, businesses, and supporters.
2. Follow-Ups: Ensure consistent communication with clients, providing updates and securing new opportunities.
3. Meeting Support: Co-lead meetings with supporters and sell the bigmoose story and vision.
4. Promotion & Outreach: Actively promote bigmoose’s mental health and suicide prevention training courses.
5. Admin & Organisation: Manage records, emails, and scheduling to keep everything running smoothly.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key.
About You
1. Passionate about mental health and bigmoose’s mission.
2. Confident in managing client relationships and following up effectively.
3. Proactive and takes initiative – sees what needs to be done and does it.
4. Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
5. Enjoys working in a small, tight-knit team where no two days are the same.
6. Thrives in a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck environment.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for emails, meetings, and presentations.
8. Comfortable co-leading meetings and delivering pitches to potential supporters.
9. LinkedIn Proficiency: Confident in using LinkedIn for networking, outreach, and content sharing.
10. Canva: Ability to create professional presentations and promotional materials.
11. Notion: Experience using Notion for project management, note-taking, and internal organisation (or ability to learn quickly).
12. Email Marketing: Basic understanding of email platforms e.g. Mailchimp.
13. Spreadsheets: Strong skills in Excel and Docs for admin and reporting.
Organisation & Admin
1. Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
2. Ability to juggle multiple accounts, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
3. Experience handling administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Ability to create and manage schedules, client pipelines, and reports.
