Role Description
This is a full-time on-site SHEQ Advisor role located in Birmingham at Andrews Sykes Group plc. The SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for ensuring safety, health, environment, and quality standards within the company. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, implementing safety procedures, developing health and safety policies, and providing training to staff on safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Health and Safety Management, Environmental Management, and Quality Management skills
* Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing policies
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* NEBOSH or equivalent certification in Health and Safety
* Previous experience in a similar role in the industrial sector
