Sales Account Manager - St Neots - Up to £45,000 Competitive Bonus My client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to support them of their next phase of growth. Based from their office in St Neots, you will become an integral member of the sales team. In this role you will be responsible for quoting new and existing customer, processing customer orders and handling these from start to finish whilst liaising with the customer on technical queries along the way Key responsibilities Gather market information and intelligence to identify future growth areas and opportunities Seeks new business opportunities by researching accounts not currently known to the business using various strategies; including LinkedIn, social media, search engines, etc Manages efficient, accurate project pipeline reports that drive accurate forecasting, and sustainable growth of revenue. With appropriate managers from across the business, develop strategies to support the growth of revenue and market share of all products Become product expert allowing better sales conversations and lasting relationships. Work closely with key people to develop ‘win-win’ business / customer development strategies. Assist in devising marketing campaigns and events that underpin the sales strategy and develop new and existing sales opportunities. Identify and implement processes that encourage sustainable, structured, proactive sales activity and minimise reactive activities. Drive the effective use of sales tools and processes to improve forecast accuracy. Look at process enhancements to increase up-sell and cross-sell activity. Conduct competitive Benchmarking to identify commercial advantages against our competition Foster a strong customer-centric culture. Ideal Candidate Candidate will be an Account Manager, or Business Development Manager level. Proven new business development track record through business development to WiFi and Networking installers. Converged IP – ideally experience in IP systems related to infra, security, networking, AV etc. Able to bring value to the team through contacts, new business/customer acquisition, executive hands-on support within accounts, logical decision making. Analytical, familiar with best CRM practice.
