Job Title: Associate Lecturer in Aesthetics

Salary Range: £30,505 - £36,924 per annum

As an Associate Lecturer in Aesthetics, you will contribute to our vibrant academic community by teaching and mentoring students, advancing knowledge through research, and engaging with external partners to promote the university's vision.
Main Responsibilities:
* Teach and assess modules within the Aesthetics programme, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students
* Develop and maintain expertise in your subject area, staying up-to-date with current research and developments
* Engage with external partners to secure collaborative projects, research funding, and professional development opportunities
* Mentor and supervise students on their research projects, providing guidance and support
* Contribute to the department's administrative tasks, such as curriculum design, quality assurance, and student recruitment
Requirements:
* PhD in Aesthetics or a related field
* Proven teaching experience at HE level, preferably in Aesthetics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners
* A strong research profile, with evidence of publications, conference presentations, or other relevant outputs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload management
