Your future, your role
As an Senior Marketing & CRM Manager, you’ll be:
General Overview
• Oversee all patient marketing and communications both internally and externally
• Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies including digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Oversee and manage paid digital campaigns
• Lead and deliver on website SEO strategy and implementation
• Analyse and optimise campaign performance metrics for maximum marketing ROI
• Implement CRM best practices across email marketing, SMS, letter
• Grow and maintain the patient database ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations
• Analyse customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
• Working with the PR and social team to support practice organic social pages and drive best practice for paid social campaigns
• Project manage the delivery of national projects in collaboration with all relevant internal specialist functions in an efficient, timely and effective manner
• Ensure all in practice marketing is monitored and developed to practice needs such as tv screens, print, local marketing
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and track a marketing calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of campaigns across all channels
• Enhance and develop the key marketing strategies and tactical plans for the business
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to tailor marketing initiatives
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities
• Ensure that all current marketing, branding and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation
• Support relevant marketing training that is delivered across the business and assume the role of a brand champion to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communications
Leadership & Management
Line-manage two Marketing Managers, supporting them with effective campaign planning and delivery, and with their professional development
Inspire the team to innovate, be aware of developments in marketing and technology/digital trends, maintain links with the industry and incorporate insight into marketing activity
Routinely share strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the wider team
Manage agency and supplier relationships for digital marketing, call tracking, email marketing, SEO etc.
Skills and Experience
• An experienced marketing professional with excellent stakeholder management who is confident, comfortable with multi-tasking and can work to tight deadlines
• Proven experience as a strategic Senior Marketing Manager.
• Good understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, CRM planning, multi-channel marketing
• Excellent communicator at all levels, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent copywriting, proofing and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset; has ability to translate data into actionable insights and interpret data to drive decision-marking
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Knowledge and experience of CRM systems, email platforms and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Understanding and experience of working with Google analytics, dotdigital and Brightedge tool.
