Reception and Revenue Manager, required for a hotel in the Reigate / Redhill, Surrey area.
As Reception and Revenue Manager, candidates require experience as a hotel Reception Manager / Front Office Manager to include experience of managing bedroom reservations / group reservations / revenue management (1 year).
You will be managing a team within the reception department and the role is responsible for the reception team on day and night shifts. Your role will include being hands on meeting and greeting guests, shift work working on the front desk, working 5 days over 7, therefore including week-ends on a rota. Some duty management will be involved. Some of your weekly work time will be allocated to revenue management.
Qualifications required:
Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
Strong team player
Familiarity with hotel operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
