You will be leading a strong team leading an agency for talent and models across the board working with the likes of Calvin Klein, Dior Beauty, British Vogue, Hugo Boss and many more. What you will be doing day to day: Managing and mentoring a team of Talent Managers Reviewing talent rosters and identifying opportunities for new signings Scouting and signing target Talent Training new Talent Managers and providing guidance along the way 3, 6 and 12 monthly reviews / monthly earnings and target reviews Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance, sick leave and holidays Cover Talent Managers duties whilst on annual leave Helping establish and maintain office procedures Assisting in staff recruitment Maintaining / updating talent / brand databases Assisting with planning staff / company events Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances Assisting with any ad-hoc duties within the business What you will need: Minimum 2 years experience within the talent management industry. Prior experience managing a large team. A proactive and 'can do' approach to the daily responsibilities of the role. Been a key leader and 'role model' attitude to the role.
