We are recruiting an HR Business Partner to support our Operation Centres across the South of the country.

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play an integral part in driving our people strategy, working closely with managers to create a high-performance culture.
Your core responsibilities will include:
1. Providing expert HR support and guidance on a wide range of topics such as employee relations and performance management.
2. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance HR processes and overall business performance.
3. Coaching and challenging managers to engage their teams, develop talent, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
4. Managing employee relations cases, as the first point of contact, escalating issues to the ER Partner when necessary.
5. Ensuring the effective execution of HR projects in alignment with organisational goals.
