Hybrid setup: 2 days in the office, the rest remote.
Competitive salary: £40K-£45K + quarterly bonus scheme - they will craft a package around you and your interests.
The Role:
* Plan and buy media across multiple channels, with a focus on digital, press, and performance-led advertising.
* Support the Media Director, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
* Optimise campaigns in real time, ensuring maximum return on ad spend.
* Work across multiple markets, including the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, with potential for international travel.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, with opportunities to write insights and thought pieces on key industry developments.
What You’ll Need:
* 3+ years’ experience in media planning & buying.
* Agency experience.
* Confidence in executing and optimising media campaigns independently.
* Strong experience in digital, press, and performance marketing (TV experience is a plus).
* Ability to track and analyse performance data to inform strategic decisions.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset - this is a fast-paced, growing agency!
