Registered Fostering Manager - Therapeutic IFA
Location: Home-Based with travel across Midlands and Oxfordshire region
Salary: £66,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + 30 Days AL + Family Health Insurance
A well-established Independent Fostering Agency (IFA), rated Good by Ofsted and known for its supportive, family-feel culture, is seeking a Registered Manager to lead and support a committed, therapeutically-trained team across the Midlands and Oxfordshire regions.

Maintain Ofsted registration and ensure regulatory compliance
Drive service development and improve outcomes for young people
Lead and manage a team of social workers, team manager, assessors, and admin support.
Oversee operations across multiple regionsRequirements:
Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration
Strong fostering sector experience (IFA preferred)
Ofsted Registered Manager experience or readiness to register
Confident in staff supervision, service development & legislation
Motivated, creative and child-centred leader
