Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial operations, driving improvements in process efficiency, accuracy, and use of technology. Ensure robust financial controls and risk management. Manage year end processes and liaise with auditors. Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial modelling projects. Act as a business partner, working closely with key stakeholders across the business. What are we looking for? Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 2 years post-qualification experience. Experience of managing a month end process, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Use of accounting packages (e.g. Sage Intacct) and improvement of processes using technology. Experience managing and leading a high-performing finance team. Strong communicator with the ability to engage both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced.
