We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D, with excellent knowledge of training and development strategies. You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive training content, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs.
This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 + Bonus + Employee Share Scheme + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

The estimated salary range for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
